Who we are

TBS Global operates outsourced tax, logistics, accounting, and software teams across the Philippines, Australia, and the United States. References to "we," "us," and "our" in these Terms mean TBS Global and its operating entities in these jurisdictions.

Use of the Site

You may use this Site to learn about our services, contact us, and - if applying for a role - complete our applicant assessment tool. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its underlying code, or any system connected to it (including the applicant assessment tool's data endpoints)
• Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site, including the contact form or applicant assessment tool
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through automated scripts, bots, or excessive requests
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or manipulate the applicant assessment tool's session integrity monitoring

Applicant assessment tool

If you use our assessment tool, you additionally agree that:

• Your responses, scores, and session activity (as described in our Privacy Policy) will be reviewed as part of your application
• Providing false information or attempting to circumvent the assessment's integrity monitoring may result in disqualification from consideration
• Completing the assessment does not guarantee an interview, offer, or any specific outcome

Intellectual property

All content on this Site - including text, graphics, logos, videos, and the underlying code - is owned by TBS Global or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law, unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except as necessary to view the Site in a standard web browser.

Third-party trademarks, logos, and accreditation marks displayed on the Site (such as partner or membership logos) belong to their respective owners and are used with appropriate permission or under applicable fair use.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, our social media profiles, YouTube channel, or Google's infrastructure used by our assessment tool). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all content is complete or up to date. Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of business outcomes, service results, or employment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TBS Global and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site - including but not limited to loss of data, business, or opportunity - even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the Philippines Consumer Act, the Australian Consumer Law, or other applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TBS Global harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site, including the applicant assessment tool, at our discretion - for example, in response to suspected misuse, attempted circumvention of monitoring systems, or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of pending legal decision, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of pending legal decision.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
